How to set your TV provider on your Xumo Stream Box

Your Xumo Stream Box makes it easy to personalize your TV experience by setting up your TV provider. This enables a more tailored and streamlined viewing experience, with features like an integrated Live TV guide and easy access to your last watched channel.

  • Jump right into live TV from the "Currently playing" tile, which displays your last watched channel and its current live programming.

Step-by-step instructions for setting your TV provider

Before you get started, confirm that you are signed in to your TV provider's app.

  1. Start from the Home screen: Press the btn_home_2.png button on your remote to ensure you're on the Home Screen.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Scroll down to the Settings tile or say "Settings" into your voice remote.
  3. Access Viewing Preferences: Scroll to Viewing Preferences and select it. Then, select TV provider and then Manage.
  4. Select your preferred TV provider: Choose your preferred TV provider using your remote and press OK to select it.
  5. Rearrange provider order: Use the directional arrows that appear on the right and left of the tile to rearrange the order of your icons. Make your preferred TV provider the first option and select Save.
