Can I rent or purchase movies and TV shows through the Contour App? 

No, you cannot rent or purchase movies and TV shows through the Contour App on your Xumo Stream Box. To rent or purchase content, go to the Fandango at Home app.

Can I watch PPV through the Contour App?

No, PPV is not available through the Contour App.

How many devices can stream live TV and/or On Demand content simultaneously?

Customers can stream videos on up to five devices simultaneously.

Can I download movies and shows from the On Demand library?

No, downloading On Demand content is not available in the Contour app on Xumo Stream Box.

Can I set or modify recordings on my home DVR from the app?

You can schedule, modify, and delete DVR recordings through the Contour App. To schedule a DVR recording, select Live TV, select the desired show or movie in the live guide, and then select Record.

To manage DVR recordings, go to the Saved menu, and select Recordings.
