- Your device’s MAC address and serial number are both located on the bottom of your Stream Box.
- The MAC address features 6 pairs of letters and numbers in the following format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
- If you have an ES1 Xumo Stream Box, your MAC address can be found under the bottom of the device, labeled “MAC.”
- If you have an EntOS Xumo Stream Box, your MAC address can be found by going to Settings > System management > System info > MAC address Ethernet.
