Xumo has partnered with e-Works Electronic Services, Inc and Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc (RLGA) to offer a number of convenient recycling options for our customers in certain states, including a Device Take-Back program that allows Xumo customers to mail in their Xumo Stream Box free of charge via a pre-paid USPS shipping label.

Xumo offers a mail-back program through its partner, e-Works Electronic Services, Inc, which allows Xumo customers to return certain Xumo branded products and any other manufacturer brand on a one-to-one basis with the purchase of the same type of equipment for recycling free of charge.
