Tu televisor se actualizará automáticamente siempre y cuando esté conectado a Internet. Si su televisor está sin conexión, conecta tu televisor a Internet.

If you recently purchased your TV and are having trouble with setup, follow the steps on how to setup your TV online.

If your TV is having issues updating the firmware after you went through your first time setup or if you do not want to connect your TV to the Internet, you can update your TV manually by following the steps below: 

1. Obtén una unidad flash USB con suficiente espacio de almacenamiento. Refer to the file size listed for your TV’s software version on the page, www.xumo.com/usb-update
2. Inserta tu USB en una computadora con un puerto USB
3. En tu computadora, ve a www.xumo.com/usb-update
4. Acepta el acuerdo de usuario y descarga la actualización en tu computadora
5. Copiar la actualización en tu USB, asegurándote de que el USB no tenga otras actualizaciones de Xumo TV guardadas en él. 
   Note: There could be multiple files in the software update. Asegúrate de que incluyes todos los archivos en la USB.
6. Inserta el USB en la entrada de servicio de tu televisor, asegurándote de que sea el único USB conectado al televisor.
7. Turn on your TV and go to Settings > Device settings > Updates > Update manually > Start USB update
8. Recibirás una notificación en tu televisor una vez que se complete la actualización, y tu televisor se reiniciará y podrás quitar el USB.

Make sure your USB drive is at least 4 GB of available storage space.

Windows

1. Inserta la unidad USB en tu computadora
2. Abre Windows Explorer y ve a tu unidad USB en Esta PC (p. ej., drive E:)
3. Haz clic a la derecha en la unidad y selecciona Format
4. Elige FAT32
5. Desmarca la casilla Quick Format
6. Haz clic en Start
7. Haz clic en Yes

MAC

1. Inserta la unidad USB en tu computadora
2. Abre Disk Utility
3. Selecciona tu unidad USB en el panel izquierdo
4. Click Erase at the top
5. Select MS-DOS (FAT) in the drop down menu
6. Haz clic en Erase
7. Click Done
