To restore your TV’s factory settings

1. Go to Settings > Device Settings > Restore factory settings on your TV
2. Ingresa tu PIN de controles de acceso si fuera necesario
3. Una vez restablecida la configuración de fábrica de tu televisor, aparecerá la pantalla de bienvenida indicándote que tienes que volver a configurar el televisor

You can also factory reset your TV by pressing the panel button located on the bottom of the TV

1. Hold the panel button on the bottom of the TV for 30-35 seconds
2. Let go of panel button and wait (this may take up to a minute)
3. A factory reset will occur
