You can update your account and billing information by signing in to your Xumo account and going to the Account tab. If your Xumo account is managed by a third-party provider, then you will need to manage those credentials through your provider. If you would like to have a dedicated Xumo account, you will need to unlink your provider’s credentials and start a new Xumo account.

¿Cómo puedo cambiar la dirección de correo electrónico de mi cuenta Xumo?

Para actualizar la dirección de correo electrónico de tu cuenta Xumo:

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account.
  2. Under Account information, select Edit next to your current email.
  3. Ingresa la nueva dirección de email que deseas utilizar para tu cuenta.
  4. A verification email will be sent with a 6-digit code (check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox).
  5. Enter the 6-digit verification code.
  6. Select Submit.

¿Cómo puedo cambiar la contraseña de mi cuenta Xumo?

Para actualizar la contraseña de tu cuenta Xumo:

  1. Sign in to your your Xumo account.
  2. Under Account information, select Edit next to your current password.
  3. Enter the current password along with the new password you would like to use.
  4. Selecciona Guardar.

¿Cómo puedo cambiar los datos de facturación de mi cuenta Xumo?

Easily manage your Xumo payment method by adding, updating or deleting it through your Xumo account.

To add a payment method:

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account and navigate to the Account tab.

  2. Under Billing information, select Add method of payment.

  3. Enter your payment method details (card number, expiration date, CVV) and your billing address.

  4. Selecciona Guardar.

To update your payment method or billing address:

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account and navigate to the Account tab.

  2. Under Billing information, you will see your current payment method and billing address. Select Update.

  3. Edit your existing payment method details (card number, expiration date, CVV) and your billing address as needed.

  4. Selecciona Guardar.

To delete your payment method:

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account and navigate to the Account tab.

  2. Under Billing information, you will see your current payment method and billing address. Select Delete.

  3. A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete this payment method.

  4. Select Yes, delete to confirm.

Note: If you have an active subscription associated with your Xumo account, you will not be able to delete your payment method. Instead, you will be prompted to either update your payment method or manage your subscriptions and unsubscribe before you can delete your payment method.

There are a few places where you can manage your Xumo subscriptions:

  • On the web via the Subscriptions tab in your Xumo account.
  • On Xumo Stream Box by scrolling to the bottom of the home screen and selecting My subscriptions.
  • On Xumo TV by going to Settings > Apps and subscriptions > Manage my TV subscriptions.
  • On your Xumo device by holding btn_voice_1.png and saying "manage subscriptions" into your voice remote.
